Kids Club

Kids Club is held once a month at Edward Peake Middle School. Entrance into kids club is absolutely free to anyone between the ages 4-10 years old and is run from 11am until 12:15pm.

The club will allow the children to develop craft skills and creativity in different areas of craft such as painting or drawing, they will learn how to make friends with those around them. There will be plenty of games, competitions and prizes for the children, as well as lots of running around, learning, singing songs and playing.

In addition there will interactive teaching from the Bible, which will teach the children good values, morals and life skills.

The programme will be led by our Kids Club team, who are all CRB checked and trained in Childrens work.

We want kids club to be a place where the children come to learn and have fun in a safe environment. Parents are very welcome to come and get to know the team – they might even want to get involved in the fun !!!

Children on Sundays

Our children are an important part of our family; they have special activities during our Sunday Celebrations. All the children and young people stay with us for first 15-20 mins of worship before leaving to go to their own group.

A Safe Place

All of our Children's leaders and workers go through our child protection procedure. This includes being police checked through the Criminal Records Bureau

YoungOnes is for children aged between 0-6yrs. The aim is to provide a safe, fun and friendly environment in which children can play and interact with each other, and grow to know Christ and His love for us. We strive to ensure YoungOnes is a positive experience for every child.

New Life Kids
Children between 6 and 11 go to New Life Kids where they have games, sing songs and spend time focussing on a story from the Bible.

The 2 groups above are currently joining together.

During the sumer holidays the youth go to an exciting national youth event called Newday. Newday 2010 takes place from 11th to 16th August 2010, for more details vist www.newdaygeneration.org.

Newday is a major youth event that takes place this year at the Norfolk showground, near Norwich, with thousands of young people over 6 days.

Newday is primarily aimed at young people between the ages of 12 & 19 but many people from different age groups come to serve and help out in practical ways. It has a children’s work to support families who come to serve so the event is kind of for everyone, but primarily it’s for the teenagers.
